Bonuses at SpinCity Casino

Welcome bonus

The first deposit is matched up to C$300 and comes with 100 free spins. The minimum qualifying deposit is C$15 and the bonus must be wagered 40 times before the balance becomes withdrawable. Bonus money is used only after the cash balance is spent.

The bonus checkbox has to be ticked in the cashier before the deposit is confirmed. Once a deposit lands without it, nothing can be done — support cannot attach the offer after the fact.

No-deposit offers

No standing no-deposit offer exists here. Free spins without a deposit surface in seasonal campaigns, in the birthday gift and in mail to active accounts. Where they do run, wagering is steeper than on the deposit bonus and conversion is capped around C$150.

Using bonus codes

Codes go into the cashier field at deposit time or into the promotions panel of the account. Live codes are published in the promotions area, in the newsletter and in push messages. An expired code is simply ignored rather than flagged.

How the free spins arrive

The 100 welcome spins are handed out in daily portions on a slot the casino picks, not all at once. Anything they win becomes bonus money under the same 40x requirement, and the spin value is fixed.

Reload bonuses and cashback

A mid-week reload matches part of a deposit, and a share of the previous week's net losses is returned as cashback at the start of the new week. Cashback normally carries far lighter wagering, which usually makes it the more valuable of the two.
